Prenatal, Pregnancy & Postpartum Movement Classes

Movement can be a powerful way to reconnect with your body—especially during and after pregnancy. My classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are in your parenthood journey. Whether you're newly postpartum, years into parenting, or navigating life after pregnancy or infant loss, these sessions are created with compassion, respect, and inclusivity at their core.

In our time together, we’ll:

  • Assess mobility and core function, including diastasis recti

  • Address common areas of tension and pain (pelvis, back, hips, shoulders, etc.)

  • Support safe movement practices for those experiencing incontinence or pelvic floor challenges

  • Increase overall body strength and core stability at a pace that feels right for you

  • Offer clear, accessible education about your pelvic floor and core

  • Provide realistic, sustainable movement options based on your current needs and goals

  • Create a personalized plan to support your return to exercise—whether that’s after birth, loss, or a pause in movement

My approach is trauma-informed and body-affirming. All bodies, all experiences, and all abilities are welcome.
